Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Gretna, LA to assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspections, and Open Houses. You must have MLS access and be able to schedule and show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Agents are paid per task, with potential tips for quality work, and may work across adjacent markets. This role is a flexible, on-demand opportunity, allowing you to stay with your current brokerage while connecting with clients through Showami’s platform.

Qualifications

• You must have experience showing homes, especially in Gretna.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Responsibilities

• Assist with buyer and rental showings.
• Prepare light inspection reports as needed.
• Assist with Open Houses and related tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and brokerages for scheduling and access.

Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Gretna and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Gretna area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Nebraska.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
