Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare closing documents, including CD's, HUDs, Settlement Statements.
• Conduct review of title reports and balancing of closing figures.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and attorneys.
