Job summary

HDR is seeking an entry-level Real Estate Services Technician I to support right-of-way projects with administrative duties, property research, and title ordering. You will input data into spreadsheets or databases and help prepare client reports, while gaining experience in the right-of-way field.

Ideal candidates have MS Office proficiency and a background in real estate or related areas; training will be provided to learn industry-specific tasks and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite experience desired.
• Background in title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed
• Provide technical services including and not limited to administrative duties, property research, and ordering title
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills
• Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry
• Perform other duties as needed

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Minnesota: $42,998 - $61,425
