Responsibilities

• Help buyers find the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs (from the job).
• List and market homes so they attract qualified buyers quickly.
• Run showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that connect buyers with a home.
• Present and negotiate offers that protect your clients' interests.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork all the way to closing.
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
