**Job Summary:**

The Sales/Relationship Manager is responsible for driving lead conversion and fostering long-term customer relationships in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment. This role involves managing customer interactions through a voice process, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and achieving business objectives by converting prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Conversion:**

- Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive lead conversion.

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.


2. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.

- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.


3. **B2C Voice Process:**

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently through a structured voice process.

- Ensure adherence to call quality standards and compliance with company policies.



**Qualifications:**
