**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Conversion:**

2. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):**

- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
3. **B2C Voice Process:**
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently through a structured voice process.

- Ensure adherence to call quality standards and compliance with company policies.
**Qualifications:**
