Responsibilities

  • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller.
  • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price.
  • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary.
  • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments.
  • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Compensation

$124,000 at plan earnings
