Job description

We’re looking for a driven Listing Agent to join a high-performing real estate team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s proactive, persuasive, and confident navigating the local market. Responsibilities:
  1. Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals.
  2. Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts.
  3. Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly.
  4. Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller.
  5. Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
  6. Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business.
  7. Follow the expansion team plan.
  8. Be a team player.
  9. Set listing appointments.
  10. Lead follow-up and lead generation.
  11. Execute appointments.
  12. Sales scripts mastery.
  13. Close Sales.
Qualifications:

  4. Real Estate License

Compensation:

$85,000 - $170,000 at plan
