Qualifications

• State Real Estate Salesperson License required.
• State Real Estate Broker’s License required, where applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience and/or management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations and drive growth and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop sales associates to meet targets.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and uphold brand initiatives.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.
• Manage financial statements and budgeting for the office.
• Collaborate with VP of Broker Operations and Director of Sales & Growth to implement annual plans.
