Responsibilities

• Perform market and property research for marketing and valuation reports.
• Analyze real estate source documents and due diligence materials.
• Consolidate sales, market, and rent comparables.
• Assist in deal management and document collection/drafting.
• Travel to sites/properties to provide informed insights.
