Edina Realty in Fairmont, MN is hiring a Real Estate Sales Associate to turn your sales drive into a Realtor career. Compensation is commission-only with earnings from $75,000 to $500,000 per year, and you can choose your own hours, 30–50 hrs/week, in a full- or part-time role.

You’ll join a platform backed by Minnesota’s top real estate company, with licensing education reimbursement, a CRM, marketing support, and a path to licensed status.

Qualifications

• A Minnesota Real Estate License is required to practice, but you don't need one to apply.
