Job description

The role is open to experienced Real Estate Sales Agents who wish to contribute their expertise to a long‑term research initiative with one of the world’s leading AI organizations. In this role, you will use your professional skills to create and refine occupation‑specific questions that assist in training advanced AI systems. This is a flexible, remote, part‑time position that can be completed on your own schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of full‑time experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
• Must be located in the US, UK, or Canada
• Cannot hold H1‑B or STEM OPT status at this time

Role Details

• Flexible, asynchronous work; 15 hours per week minimum (actual workload may vary weekly)
• Project duration: through the end of 2025 or longer, depending on ongoing needs
• Requires a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Competitive hourly compensation $75‑$175 per hour, adjusted for experience and geographic location
• Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on logged and approved hours
• Engagement on an at‑will independent contractor basis
