What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to identify their home wants and needs and facilitate the closing process.

- Prepare written purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active Real Estate License.
- Must reside in or around the Newport office for training and in-office meetings.
- Willingness to participate in an extensive training program focused on success.
- Team-oriented mindset with an emphasis on knowledge-sharing.
- Full-time availability to cater to both buyers and sellers as leads come in.
