Responsibilities

As an agent on our team, you will:

Follow up with leads, clients, and sphere using proven systems and scripts
Set and attend buyer and seller consultation appointments
Conduct showings, open houses, and assist clients throughout the transaction
Learn and execute contract writing, offer strategy, and negotiation tactics
Track your performance using our lead conversion and transaction systems (SISU)
Leverage team-provided resources, support staff, and coaching to stay in production
Maintain consistent communication with your pipeline and the team
Commit to ongoing skill development through team trainings and self-leadership

Junior Agent Program – PAID INTERNSHIP (Only 2 Spots Available)

If you’re newly licensed — or about to be — and want to learn directly from our team leaders while gaining real transaction experience step by step, this opportunity is for you.

This is a paid internship program designed to walk you through every part of the real estate process with hands-on mentorship and support. You’ll learn by doing and close deals with guidance every step of the way.
