Responsibilities

As an agent on our team, you will:

  • Follow up with leads, clients, and sphere using proven systems and scripts
  • Set and attend buyer and seller consultation appointments
  • Conduct showings, open houses, and assist clients throughout the transaction
  • Learn and execute contract writing, offer strategy, and negotiation tactics
  • Track your performance using our lead conversion and transaction systems (SISU)
  • Leverage team-provided resources, support staff, and coaching to stay in production
  • Maintain consistent communication with your pipeline and the team
  • Commit to ongoing skill development through team trainings and self-leadership

Junior Agent Program – PAID INTERNSHIP (Only 2 Spots Available)

If you’re newly licensed — or about to be — and want to learn directly from our team leaders while gaining real transaction experience step by step, this opportunity is for you.

This is a paid internship program designed to walk you through every part of the real estate process with hands-on mentorship and support. You’ll learn by doing and close deals with guidance every step of the way.
