Description:

Timbalier Resources, LLC is seeking an attorney with 5 to 10 years of experience, with a strong background in real estate transactions and large-scale right-of-way (ROW) projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience handling environmental and regulatory permitting matters related to land development and infrastructure projects.

This position involves working as part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team of attorneys, land specialists, project managers, and GIS developers. The work will focus on projects across Texas and the Eastern U.S.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Prior experience with large right-of-way (ROW) transactions
• Experience with environmental and regulatory permitting issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Remote work capability with reliable availability
