Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in real estate or 120 hours of real estate training.
• Ability to comply with federal, state and local real estate laws and regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work hours and collaborate with management.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-negotiation project, parcel and property owner due diligence and non-complex negotiations for acquisition of rights.
• Review appraisals and just compensation; verify parcels and maintain detailed records with owners, maps and reports.
• Perform other duties as needed.
