The Public M&A team in Goodwin’s Global M&A group seeks a candidate with 5+ years of experience to join the team. The group is industry-leading, with a high volume of M&A transactions worldwide. The Public M&A team works on headline transactions across Goodwin’s technology, life sciences, real estate, and financial services practices, with a focus on public-company M&A on both the sellside and buyside and related securities laws. Experience with companies in the Tech and/or Life Sciences industries is a plus. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of M&A and public company transactions and develop versatile skill sets as trusted strategic advisors to clients.
