Job summary

CENTURY 21® Cedar City seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a residential portfolio of about 200 units. You will handle owner and resident communication, leasing, inspections, move-in/out, and oversee maintenance and staff.

Responsibilities

• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting/refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move‑in and move‑out processes
• Collect rents, pay bills, schedules and track expenditures to help ensure financial goals
• Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
• Oversees all on‑site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly

Compensation

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Past sales experience is preferred
