• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills are required.

• Support a new store deal or Portfolio and Development initiative from planning through milestones.
• Coordinate information, actions and timelines across cross-functional partners.
• Organize deal materials, project inputs, decisions and outcomes.
• Help identify dependencies, risks and opportunities for stronger execution.
• Apply real estate fundamentals to business questions and recommendations.
• Develop clear written and verbal updates for project partners and leaders.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing the approach, outcomes and key learnings.
