We're working with a leading investment firm to help them hire a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join their real estate investment team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in real estate finance, private equity, or fund-level reporting.

The analyst will support the portfolio analytics team in delivering reporting, analysis, and insight across a large and diversified real estate portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that collaborates closely with investment, IR, and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain fund, property, and investment-level performance reports

Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting packages and dashboards for internal and investor use

Help develop and improve Excel-based tools and support Anaplan/Yardi/Chatham system usage

Monitor and track acquisitions, dispositions, and investment activity across the portfolio

Support investor materials and presentations with updated financial data

Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

1+ year of experience in real estate, private equity, or fund analytics

Familiarity with Anaplan, Yardi, or Chatham is a plus

Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under tight deadlines
