• Communiquer avec les clients, agents, prêteurs et avocats.
• Rédiger des déclarations de règlement et préparer des paquets de closing.

Our client, a busy Atlanta based real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to handle residential closings from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers autonomy, stability, and the chance to work closely with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage closing files from contract to post-closing
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Draft settlement statements and prepare closing packages
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential closing experience in Georgia
• Proficiency in closing software (SoftPro preferred)
• Organized, personable, and confident managing your own files
• Committed to delivering a seamless experience for all parties involved
