• Communicate with clients and outside parties to advance transactions.
• Retrieve property information; obtain zoning letters and lien searches.
• Deliver closing binders post-closing.
• Handle entity formation, registrations, EINs, and operating agreements.
• Obtain entity certificates and certified documents.
