KPG99 INC, a Beverly Hills law firm, seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support the transactional Real Estate practice through pre-closing, closing, and post-closing work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate and finance within a law firm, with experience reviewing titles, surveys, and coordinating closings with lenders. This onsite role offers steady work schedule and room to manage multiple transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Real Estate and/or Real Estate Finance experience within a law firm.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, title policies, and surveys.
• Proven ability to manage pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities for commercial real estate transactions.
• Proofread, assemble, organize, and manage transactional documents.
• Assist with and coordinate closings for real estate finance and purchase and sale transactions.
• Lead transactional due diligence projects.
• Coordinate filings with Secretary of State and government agencies.
