Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite. Responsibilities include managing land acquisitions, reviewing title commitments and surveys, preparing closing documents, coordinating closings, funding, and tracking deadlines across multiple active deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years real estate paralegal experience (law firm required).
• Hands-on closings experience for developers/homebuilders strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of title/survey review and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple transactions independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and iManage or similar systems.
