Job summary

Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kings of Real Estate Team in Nashville is looking for licensed real estate agents who can greet pre-booked buyer and seller appointments and convert them into closings. You will work with a full-time admin and transaction coordinator, while earning commissions well above the industry average and an income guarantee for the first year.

The program includes in-house sales, negotiation and closing training, a three-tier revenue share, and a culture that gives back

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability.
• Willingness to be coached and high work ethic.

• Pre-booked buyer and seller appointments, as many as you can handle.
• A full-time admin and transaction coordinator on your paperwork.
• Earn commission checks 66-100% above the industry average.
• Income guarantee of $100,000 first full year (terms provided in writing).
• Sales, negotiation and closing training built inside the Tracy King / YHSGR system.
