Job summary

KeyPleaz is expanding its network of licensed real estate agents in Atlanta by offering flexible, on-demand field assignments such as buyer and rental showings, property access, and related tasks.

This 1099 independent contractor opportunity lets you set availability, pick assignments that fit your schedule, and get paid per completed assignment, with deposits by direct deposit. You remain with your current brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in Georgia.
• Full MLS access in the Atlanta market.
• Experience showing homes in the Atlanta area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.

Position Overview

KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. We are currently expanding our network of licensed agents throughout Atlanta and the surrounding area.

Compensation & Benefits

Assignments are paid per completed assignment. The pay is shown on the assignment before you accept it. There is no bidding and no negotiating with the agent who posted it. Most completed assignments in this market pay between $30 and $100, and open houses generally pay more. Often there are several properties in a single request, and you are paid for each one. Payment is by direct deposit after the assignment is marked complete.

Not a Brokerage

KeyPleaz is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide brokerage services. Licensed agents who take assignments through KeyPleaz stay with their current brokerage and work under their own broker's supervision.
