Job summary

Next Door Photos (NDP) in Charleston, SC is growing and seeks a Real Estate Media Pro and Business Development specialist. You will photograph properties, create media packages, and build local relationships with real estate agents through in-person brokerage visits.

After training, you’ll meet NDP quality and uploading standards, track visits, referrals, and bookings for accurate bonuses, and coordinate shoots and travel with the Local Owner while maintaining punctual, professional

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating photography or videography for real estate.
• Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfort starting conversations, following up, working independently, and receiving feedback.
• Reliable transportation and availability to serve the Charleston area.
• Drone experience or FAA Part 107 certification is helpful.

• Their firm is expanding and seeking a reliable photographer or videographer who also enjoys meeting people and building local business relationships.

The Role You Will Play

• In this role, you will capture real estate photography and additional media services at properties and introduce NDP to agents through in-person brokerage visits. You will help expand the Charleston presence while delivering a professional experience for agents and homeowners.
• After training, you will follow NDP quality standards and upload requirements.
• This role will track brokerage visits, referrals, and resulting bookings so qualifying bonuses can be attributed accurately.
• The Real Estate Media Pro and Business Development role will keep availability current and coordinate shoots, travel, and follow-up with the Local Owner.
• This role is entrusted to arrive on time, communicate clearly, and treat agents, homeowners, and properties professionally.
