We’ve redefined real estate media from the East to West Coast of America—and now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn’t your average operations job. You’ll be the right-hand to our creative team, making sure shoots are scheduled, clients are taken care of, and feedback loops stay tight. You'll also play a critical role in documenting and refining our internal systems so we can grow better, faster, and smarter.

We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, proactive, communicative, and thrives on staying two steps ahead.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Schedule and book incoming inquiries (via email, phone, or text)

2. Handle new inquiry & booking calls with professionalism and clarity

3. Conduct post-delivery calls with clients to gather feedback and reinforce our brand

4. Maintain and update our weekly client feedback docs

- On Mondays:

Deliver iterative feedback to our internal creative team

Send updated project tracking spreadsheet to team
