Logoslabs is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent. You will execute strategy, manage social channels, craft captions, and help nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities include email newsletters, content integration of market reports, and asset organization. Strong Canva and CapCut skills, plus experience with MLS tools or kvCORE, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, ideally supporting real estate agents/teams.
• Proficiency with Canva and short-form video editors (CapCut or equivalent).
• Strong skills in social media management & content creation for multiple platforms.
• Excellent written English, grammar, tone, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter according to content calendar.
• Create engaging captions aligned with agent values and market insights.
• Draft bi-weekly/monthly newsletters and integrate market reports and listings.
• Organize and maintain contact lists and CRM data for segmentation and outreach.
• Design polished graphics using Canva templates for posts, flyers, and updates.
• Coordinate asset organization in cloud drives and assist with campaign reporting.
