Role Responsibilities
The Real Estate Manager will support Savers’ expansion by identifying and developing new store locations, evaluating markets, negotiating leases, and working closely with Legal, Facilities, and Construction teams. Reports to the Vice President of Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Manage market evaluations in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions
- Identify and manage brokerage networks
- Site identification and land use negotiations
- Monitor market trends and rental rates
- Collaborate with landlords and developers
- Prepare and negotiate lease/license offers and amendments
- Monitor real estate expenditures and assist in conflict resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years in retail store development
- Experience in site entitlement, permitting, and legal contract negotiation
- Knowledge of property law, taxes, property maintenance, and basic construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business administration preferred
- At least 10 years in commercial real estate, preferably as owner representation
- Experience in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions
