Job summary

POP MART is seeking a strategic Real Estate Manager to support expansion of its U.S. footprint. You will identify high-impact retail locations, analyze markets, and lead lease negotiations for new Stores and ROBO Shops.

This role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate, a bachelor's degree, and strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers. You will collaborate with Construction, Finance, Legal and Retail Operations to ensure timely openings.

Qualifications

As POP MART continues to rapidly grow its physical footprint, this role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-impact retail locations that support our long-term growth strategy.The Real Estate Manager will oversee site selection, market analysis, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to support the successful rollout of new stores and ROBO Shops.
