Job Title: Real Estate Manager

(Remote, USA with preference for Northern Virginia)

Pay Range: $101,272 - $151,907

Role Responsibilities

Seeking a capable Real Estate Manager to identify and develop new store locations, evaluate markets, negotiate leases, and collaborate with Legal, Facilities, and Construction teams. Reports to the Vice President of Real Estate.

Qualifications
  • Manage market evaluations in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions
  • Identify and manage brokerage networks
  • Site identification and land use negotiations
  • Market trend analysis and rent comparisons
  • Negotiate lease/license agreements and renewals
  • Monitor real estate expenditures and resolve conflicts with Lease Administration
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years in retail store development
  • Experience in site entitlement, permitting, and development
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Knowledge of property law and taxes
  • Understanding of property maintenance and basic construction management
  • Leadership and communication skills
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or business administration
  • At least 10 years in commercial real estate, preferably owner representation
  • Experience in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions
  • Proficient project management skills

  • FLSA: Exempt
  • Travel: 50%
  • Work Location: Remote, USA, with preference for Northern Virginia
