What You’ll Do

No Experience Required

If you’re a recent graduate, we’ll provide the training and mentorship needed to help you build a solid foundation in litigation. While prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus, it’s not required. What matters most is your critical thinking skills, ability to work under pressure, and genuine interest in litigation.

  • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis.
  • Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings.
  • Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, and finalizing client projects.
  • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
  • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must.
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files.
  • California licensed attorneys only.

Compensation: $134,000 per year
