A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate with 2+years of solid litigation experience to join their Real Estate Litigation Practice. While prior experience in complex commercial litigation involving real property is preferred, it is not required. The firm is looking for a candidate with strong advocacy skills and the ability to manage litigation matters independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a range of litigation matters involving real estate disputes and commercial issues.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

Conduct legal research and analysis, and prepare detailed memoranda.

Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and participate in mediations and arbitrations.

Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop litigation strategies and manage case timelines.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar.
