Your Mission:

As our Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team leader. Your role is about creating an exceptional experience for clients and being the quarterback to our team leader to allow him to train, skill up our team members, generate new business & close deals.

Compensation: $33,000 yearly + bonus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly agent training events for continuing education
  • Showing Properties
  • Lead follow-up & distribution
  • Coordinate Showing Schedule & Showing Properties
  • Attend appointments such as meeting with/ the photographer, final walk-through, and inspector
  • Working/showings with buyers
  • Communication with past/current clients/lead conversion
  • Compile marketing materials, such as printed listing/buyer presentation packets/training materials
  • Keep the team leader organized by being proactive
Qualifications
  • Licensed Residential Broker with 2-year minimum real estate experience
  • Highly organized detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy (MLS, Google Suite, CRM, etc.)
  • Flexible schedule – Available 6 days a week
  • A true team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • Coachable
  • Look for real estate career growth
  • Resume/job references/DISC assessment
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Available evenings and weekends
Compensation

$33,000 yearly plus bonus
