Based in Orlando, the role blends high-volume call-center rigor with research, writing, and presentations, in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• JD required and Florida Bar in good standing.
• 1+ year legal consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, accurate legal information by phone and email.
• Meet hotline performance metrics: 22 calls/day, 4–6 min avg.
• Document interactions in the proprietary system with clarity.
• Research real estate legal topics and prepare memoranda.
• Draft legal articles and participate in department meetings.
• Attend meetings and summarize findings for the team.
