Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience with focus on shopping centers, retail development, restaurant leasing, and mixed-use projects.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, REAs, declarations, restricted use agreements, and due diligence materials.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related real estate agreements including amendments, license agreements, estoppel certificates, subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements.
• Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility, and manage leasing and due diligence matters in a collaborative team.
• Ability to take client direction and deliver usable work-product efficiently.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or able to become licensed promptly.
• Full time or Alternative schedules will be considered.
