Receptionist
McMichael and Gray P.C., a full-service Law Firm is currently seeking a Receptionist to join the team!
The ideal candidate will be a team player and will carry a professional and positive demeanor.
Essential Job Functions
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
- Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing, whenever needed
- Assisting with printing all files and preparing the folders for closing.
- Preparing refreshments, if needed

Post Closer
Job Summary
Post closer must be extremely organized, professional, team-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with clients effectively via telephone and email. Must strong time management skills, outstanding work ethic, and attention to details and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Uploads signed package to the Lender portals.
- Sends copies of signed closing documents to Lenders, Buyers and Sellers.
- Copy all lender packages, mail/FedEx all disbursements for files.
- Confirms the cost of recording prior to sending documents to recording.
- Reviews closing documents to ensure all forms are properly signed, witness and notarized.
- Prepares the transfer P-61 to send with deeds to recording.
- Mails checks to all parties for each transactions.
- Final scan complete closing file and download into Softpro system.
- Receive recorded documents and mail out to buyers and lenders.
- Scan all recorded documents and surveys into Softpro system for final title policy issuance.
- Mail out final title policies and recorded docs.
