Associates have the opportunity to earn 50% commissions while learning and training. Each commission paid is between $1,000 to $10,000.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in field sales or related sales roles.
• Experience in regional or territory development is a plus.
• Background in investment, financial services, merchandising, telecom or telesales is an asset.
• Strong product positioning, pricing and marketing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Learn strategies for acquiring and controlling real estate.
• Work with mentors nationwide and be mentored throughout your career.
• Build client relationships and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Earn commissions ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per deal.
