You will work side by side with buyers and sellers, building your client base with proven lead-gen strategies, and improving your sales conversations daily through hands-on practice and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required, or in the process of getting one.
• Licensed real estate agent ready to build something real.
• Newly licensed and looking for the right team to start strong with.
• Motivated, coachable person who is genuinely great with others.

Responsibilities

• Working side by side with buyers and sellers on real transactions.
• Building your own client base using proven lead generation strategies.
• Getting better at sales conversations every single day through hands-on practice.
• Learning the market from the inside so you can guide clients with confidence.
