Job Description

As a Real Estate Investor Relations Associate, you will support the firm's capital raising and investor communication efforts. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Investor Communication & Reporting: Serve as a primary contact for investors.
  2. Fundraising Support: Prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and private placement memoranda.
  3. CRM Maintenance: Manage investor databases and track engagement.
  4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to support presentations and positioning.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams.
Requirements
