Job summary
The Investments Associate will support all aspects of Quarterra’s investment activities, including underwriting, equity and debt capital markets, portfolio management, and investor relations. This role is highly analytical and collaborative, working cross-functionally with internal development, asset management, accounting, and legal teams, as well as external lenders and investment partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or related field.
- 1–2 years in real estate finance, development, private equity, investment banking, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with strong financial modeling.
- Ability to leverage AI native tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite multifamily investments and develop detailed financial models.
- Prepare offering memorandums for debt and equity opportunities.
- Support portfolio reporting for leadership and partners.
- Collaborate with development, asset management, accounting, and legal teams.
- Assist with market research and due diligence activities.
- Support transaction execution and closing processes.
- Communicate investment themes and risks to senior team.
