Job Description

As an Investment Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Asset Management. Your role involves providing comprehensive analysis on development and acquisition projects, as well as current assets within the portfolio.

The firm has developed over 600 projects across the United States, specializing in retail, industrial, residential, self-storage, senior living, and mixed-use developments. The company has ambitious growth plans for the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis and modeling.
2. Market Research: Identify and monitor investment trends.
3. Financial Models: Create and maintain financial models.
4. Collaboration: Work with portfolio managers to develop investment strategies.
5. Recommendations: Present investment recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
6. Investment Monitoring: Continuously assess the performance of investments.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Educational background in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
3. 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and/or real estate.
4. Proficiency in Argus is preferred.
5. Demonstrated strong work ethic.
6. Banking experience is a plus.
