Hamilton Lane is seeking an investment professional to support sourcing, evaluating, and managing real estate opportunities across primary funds, co-investments, secondaries, and joint ventures.

You will conduct due diligence, perform financial analysis, and assist with portfolio management and client communications while collaborating with senior staff and sponsors. Expect travel up to 25% and a demanding, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant investment experience.
• Strong quantitative analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing, evaluating, performing due diligence, and managing real estate investment opportunities across funds and transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence including financial analysis and market research.
• Assist senior team members with portfolio management and client communication.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations to support decision-making.
• Support GP and due diligence meetings, asset tours, and site visits.
