Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a senior investment professional to lead deal teams across real estate opportunities, including primary funds, co-investments, secondaries, and joint ventures.

You will drive due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction execution while mentoring Associates and Analysts, and building relationships with managers and institutional clients. The role requires strategic thinking and a collaborative, high-integrity approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant investment experience, incl. real estate, secondary purchases, or direct investments.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis incl. modeling, valuation, structuring.
• Proven ability to lead due diligence, transaction execution, and manage junior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, originate, and evaluate real estate investments across primary funds, direct co-investments, secondaries, and joint ventures.
• Execute rigorous due diligence with financial and qualitative analyses and maintain detailed financial models.
• Manage relationships with managers, clients, and intermediaries to source opportunities and monitor portfolios.
