Job summary

RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), a division of RCLCO, seeks Analysts and Associates for the Investments & Portfolio Management team. The role will be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, or Washington, D.C., with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities include underwriting real estate investments for institutional clients, analyzing operating companies and funds, and preparing reports for the Investment Committee and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong quantitative analysis capability and internships or work in related sectors.
• Proficiency with Excel for financial modeling; strong PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite investments for institutional clients across multiple property types and locations.
• Analyze opportunities in operating companies, separate accounts, and funds.
• Evaluate potential partners based on track records, strategies and structures.
• Research industry trends and market participants.
• Review asset performance, budgets and capital plans; prepare client-ready reports.
