Job summary

RCLCO seeks skilled Analysts/Associates for the Investments & Portfolio Management team. The role is based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, or Washington, D.C., with a hybrid work model and opportunities to work remotely part of the year.

Responsibilities include underwriting, evaluating investment opportunities, assessing partners, and preparing client-ready reports for Investment Committee review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or related field.
• Experience performing quantitative analysis in real estate investments.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new investments for institutional clients across property types and locations.
• Analyze opportunities in operating companies, separate accounts, and funds.
• Evaluate potential partners based on track records, structures and management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Investment Committee and clients.
