MBK Rental Living in Irvine, CA, seeks a Real Estate Investment Analyst to provide financial analysis and due diligence across a multi-family portfolio. You will build sophisticated models, analyze markets, and support acquisition and asset management activities to drive portfolio value.
The role requires 2+ years in financial modeling, Excel proficiency, and a strong grasp of real estate concepts. This is a hybrid position with three in-office days weekly and two remote days.

Salary: $110,000-$120,000 + Bonus
Hybrid Work Environment, 3 days in-office/2 days remote
The Real Estate Investment Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and due diligence support in executing operational strategies within MBK’s Acquisition and Asset Management groups, working on a portfolio of multi-family real estate assets. This role is critical in helping to drive the strategic growth and performance of the company’s multi-family portfolio by providing advanced financial modeling, market research, operational analysis, and support for acquisition analysis and diligence. Successful candidates should demonstrate experience with leveraging a strong foundation in real estate development and finance, combined with strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, to deliver actionable insights that enhance portfolio value.
