Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Admin, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• OPEX Analysis and CAM review for accuracy and lease terms.
• Review CAM/OPEX reconciliations and prepare variance reports.
• Update lease data in the real estate management system and track critical dates.
• Assist with abstracting lease provisions and key dates; support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate on cost-optimization projects and portfolio strategy; prepare summaries for stakeholders.
