We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and will be provided with the training and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Focus:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Create and manage social media content and strategies.

Help design promotional materials, including brochures and online advertisements.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Participate in open houses and community events to promote the company.

Support the sales team in day-to-day activities.

Assist in preparing property listings and presentations.

Participate in client meetings and property showings.

Conduct research on potential clients and market conditions.

Help manage client databases and follow-up activities.

Transaction Management Focus:

Assist in coordinating real estate transactions from start to finish.

Prepare and review documents, contracts, and agreements.

Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Help maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications
