Job summary

Stifel's Real Estate Investment Banking Group is seeking an Analyst to support research, modeling, and transaction execution. You will draft offerings, prepare client materials, and collaborate with clients to execute equity/debt financings and M&A. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of role.

The position requires a finance/real estate background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate or related field.
• 0–2 years as a business analyst or related financial services experience.
• Recent (2026) graduates also considered for eligible roles.
• Interest in real estate capital markets and investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate research including REIT/REOC analysis.
• Build financial models for projections and transactions (NAV/FFO/AFFO).
• Draft offering memorandums for various financings.
• Prepare client presentation materials for management teams.
• Support execution of equity and debt, private placements, and M&A.
